Frequently Asked Questions

  • We don't accept returns or exchanges since we are a small (but mighty!) business and want to ensure that we are able to maintain the quality of our products. If you have any questions about our items, please feel welcome to reach out to us via email or Instagram before placing your order.

  • Our domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All orders ship with The United States Postal Service (USPS). If you are interested in purchasing package insurance through USPS, please let us know prior to checking out! Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer in control of the item. Unfortunately, this means if a package is lost or damaged, this is an issue that must be brought up with USPS directly.

  • Lab grown diamonds, certified by International Gemological Institute (IGI), are the same as diamonds found in the earth. Yup, you read that right. The only way to tell if your diamond is lab grown or mined is by having a gemologist view the stone under a microscope to analyze the growth pattern. Lab diamonds are created by replicating the circumstances that lead to the formation of diamonds in the earth, so they have identical chemical structures and perform the same way on the jeweler’s bench.

Lab diamonds are more sustainably created and are always conflict-free. Not to mention they can be as low as 1/10th the cost of an equivalent mined diamond, which allows people to stretch their budget and acquire a much larger and cleaner diamond for a fraction of the cost.

Lab diamonds can additionally be certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), which is the predominant precious stone grader in the U.S. (they're the ones who determine a stone's "4Cs": cut, clarity, color, and carat).
